A typical Roman recipe: " Tonnerelli cacio e pepe"

Ok, it's time for a typical Roman recipe:
TONNARELLI CACIO E PEPE!!!! (Cheese and pepper tonnarelli )
Fast and easy!

Ingredients for 4 people:

400 grams of tonnarelli
200 grams of grated pecorino romano
ground black pepper
extra virgin olive oil
salt

Preparation

First we cook tonnarelli in plenty of water to which you add a little salt and a little oil Ages because they do not stick.

While pasta is cooking let's grated the cheese into a bowl and than add the black pepper. We take some spoon of the pasta cooking water, just enough to mix cheese and pepper and transform it into a cream by mixing vigorously.

Drain  pasta underdone (al dente) and pour over it pepper cream cheese; now mix well and serve immediately hot.

Preparation time: 15 minutes
