House Rules:

Booking in our house implies acceptance of the following rules:

-Before the check-in it's required:
-an ID number of the head of the family and personal details of each guest: first name, last name, city of birth, birth day.
-Check-in/out time are very important: -in after 16 ( 4 pm ), -out within 11am. If you have different needs, please contact us before booking.
-Please be respectful with neighbours.
-Please leave the apartment in the same conditions you found it.
-Please,never leave the key into the internal lock when you leave home: the intervention of the blacksmith will be fully charged to guests on the spot.
-At home you will find a small memorandum with some simple rules for using the house at its best, for a respectful stay at home and to ensure your safety and the safety of neighbors.
Please follow these rules.
-Children are welcome but we ask special attention to the walls, the furniture and the objects of the house.
-Always make sure to turn off the lights and the air conditioning before leaving home.
-the house will have the initial provision of first goods: salt, sugar, coffee, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, soap and toilet paper, sheets, towels.
-Our home is non-smoking.
-We kindly ask you to leave the kitchen clean and tidy with every utensil used at its own place.
-Please remember to leave the apartment in decent conditions and to empty the trash cans.
-Avoid crowds and noise to avoid disturbing the neighbors. Avoid parties and guests in the house.
